Over lockdown we had to change the way we taught – it had challenges, however, most mastered the technology. Today zoom classes continue and are well attended, people come from all over the country. I have a very large screen and can see all attendees and offer correction, with a beady eye! If you know your Pilates, it’s a great way to come to class, without the travel.
