Directions

Off A259, At Friston Pond & Church, (on left from Eastbourne) drive down lane, through small National Trust Car Park – down private residents road over cattle grid – down lane for about half a mile, over 2nd cattle grid – North Barn immediately on right.

After the second cattle grid take the first right for North Barn parking. At the main gate, press the bell for access.

Caroline was the resident Pilates teacher at Queens Tennis Club, West Kensington, for ten years. Her classes now run from North Barn and live on Zoom.

A lane runs south past a pond on the right and the church on the left, then between cottages and the National Trust car park, over the first cattle grid where a mud track branches off, and on down Crowlink Lane, marked private road, past a field of sheep. First right after the second cattle grid is North Barn parking; press the bell at the main gate for access.
