Pilates Life offers a range of classes to suit the individual. Class times for our current six-week courses are:

Every class is one hour. Courses run for six weeks: £72 live, £42 on Zoom. Mens Pilates, Rehab Pilates, Reformer and 1-2-1 sessions are arranged with Caroline directly.

Classes are at North Barn, Crowlink Lane, Crowlink BN20 0AY — inside the Seven Sisters National Park, off the A259 at Friston. Small classes with a maximum of 9 people.
